What needs protecting before you scale?

We will look at trademarks, copyright, patents, trade secrets, documentation and the different forms of protection available to growing businesses. We will also look at what changes when your business starts operating.

We will explore IP during investor due diligence, valuation considerations, licensing, technology transfer, white-labeling, strategic partnerships, regional expansion and building stronger competitive advantage.
